Phil is Vavco’s Senior Engineer and Vice President of Engineering. Prior to joining us in 2011, he was Chief Engineer for Cannon Boiler Works, Inc. and a Captain in the United States Marine Corps. Phil earned a Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy. In addition, he earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. His knowledge and experience in the natural gas and oil sector is comprehensive, and is complemented by his experience in engineering design.
